you can easliy change your main pic to a pic of maybe something else that you like. then inside of your profile you can have personaly pics.

Well you can put all of your myspace pictures to "friends view only" or "private the pictures" or you can private your whole myspace.... :)

There is no way to block your default picture from being seen. You can use a fake picture as your defalut and make your pictures so that friends only can see them. You can even make them private. Maybe your profile private so that only friends can see it, and don;t add anyone who you don't know.
