If you can see code on the page then the code is not coded properly. You most probably haven't closed a tag properly.

for example

%26lt;tr%26gt;

%26lt;td%26gt;Helloo%26lt;/td%26gt;

%26lt;/tr%26gt;

%26lt;img etc

the %26lt;/table%26gt; is missing.
